Introduction:
RCYZ series vibration type dry iron separator is a special micro power iron separator device dedicated to remove iron powers and impurities from powder materials. It uses rare earth permanent magnet materials to provide magnetized field and produce high gradient and strong magnetic field outside the stainless steel box. Two stainless steel thorn boards make lateral relative motion. Two stainless steel boards are full of distance-equal magnetic induction stick. When materials fall into stainless steel thorn board box through the funnel, it will pass the induction stick vertically in the force of gravity, and then the ferromagnetic materials are absorbed. When the ferromagnetic materials are becoming more and more, magnetic field can be transferred manually to remove iron impurities. This machine can feed continuously or brokenly, with over 95% iron rate.
